We liked spending 1 night here. The breakfast was savoury, the staff was amicable, the grounds were fairly clean. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Canalside Buffalo. Lots of food options not too far from the venue.

The place was friendly. The employees were lovely and fine.

Convenient low cost hotel with good value

The folks were very helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and an exceptional view. - This property was located in a very central area next to the bistro, the cafeteria, and the center of the city. The location was comfy, for example, Pierce-Arrow Museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I ate at a great restaurant at bar and restaurant.

There was a spider, I was shocked.

Clean place with top-class and decent staff. Exceptionally nice and incredible location at a moderate distance from Coca-Cola Field. Found in a very very nice area next to most public transit routes, restaurant that serves sandwiches, and Niagara falls.

The breakfasts were delicious, and there was always a nice variety of options to choose from 🍳. Its location was super convenient, right near the hockey arena.

Close to the center, very friendly staff.

Lack of cleanliness in the corridors, we housed in one room for two but the bathroom equipment was for one person. The elevator doesn't work at times.

The location is the best and we were able to enter a little before check-in time.

Well, the room was clean, the staff lovely, the room service is only a $5 surcharge from the hotel restaurant price, and everything we ordered was great.

It could be better in terms of bath items: a bar of soap, two bottles of conditioner and one of body milk, I don't know if they were wrong, but it costs to wash the hair with the bar of soap, even if the conditioner is appreciated later.
